Recipe created for four 5-ounce portions of salmon

Ingredients

Four 5-ounce portions of salmon

½ c. soy sauce

½ c. maple syrup

¼ c. pineapple juice

2 Tbsp. bourbon whiskey

2 tsp. crushed ginger

2 tsp. crushed garlic

Instructions

Place ingredients in a gallon Ziploc bag and marinade the salmon for half hour.

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Once salmon is done marinating, place salmon on a baking sheet (set leftover marinade aside).

Bake for 18 minutes, or until salmon becomes slightly firm.

While baking salmon, reduce your marinade on the stovetop, and drizzle over the top of salmon prior to serving.
